Device-specific settings
The JETware Hands-free Extension supports device-specific configuration to allow
configuration of settings for devices that require non-standard configurations.
Additional configuration files will be posted here as we determine the best
settings for specific devices.
When these settings are downloaded from your phone they will automatically be installed.
If you used the default device name when you paired to hands-free device the settings
for that device will install and notify you that they have installed successfully.
If you changed the name of the device you will be asked to select the device to
which the settings should be applied from a list of devices paired to your phone.

Force Power On at Connect
This setting forces the power management system on the phone to go to the full power
(On) state each time it connects to a hands-free device. The effect is essentially
the same as pressing the power button to turn the device from a lower power state
to the On state. The phone will then transition to lower power states based
on your settings for power management activity timeouts. On some phones this setting
will prevent the phone from disconnecting from your hands-free device during the
phonebook transfer process.
Swap Outlook and SIM Phonebooks
This setting can be applied to any paired hands-free device. It is useful with devices that only read the SIM phonebook so that the Outlook phonebook will be reported instead of the SIM phonebook. When this settings file is installed its device name will not match any of your paired hands-free devices, so you will have to select the device to which you want this setting applied from the list of paired devices.
