There's several messages on here looking for Jim and no answers.  I paid for the software a couple of days ago and didn't get a registration code in the mail as advertised.  I though it might be an automated system that was only periodically monitored, but I actually think it's totally unattended.

 If I don't get my registration in the next couple of days:

1.  I'll start through paypal trying to get my money back

2.  I'll post the method I used to hack the registration code. 

 I feel completely justified in this since the site is unresponsive to customers and I (so far anyway) have been cheated out of my money.

Too bad though, this is a great piece of software and (obviously) I'm totally willing to pay for it.

I got my registration, there's obviously someone monitoring this site in some fashion.

 Since they were honest with me (albeit slowly), I'll do the same and not post any instructions for hacking the software.

This really is a good product and worked well for me.

Has anyone gotten a response??? I have sent 10 emails asking for my registration code and have gotten no responses.... I have provided proof of payment, etc.  I am getting a bit irritated!

Any news yet? I was thinking of registering this for my PDA, but if you're not getting any answers, I won't send money obviously....

I just talked to them, found the phone using whois.  They are not gone.  I was told if you send your phone id when you pay by paypal that you'll get an automated response with the activation code.  Don't know about changes to another phone, but at least someone is there.

Did you happen to ask if there is any new development going on?  WM6.1 seems to have broken my Jetware.

OR... if development has stalled maybe Jim is willing to donate his source to us.

I wanted to use this for DUN but my updated winmobile 6.1 on my Dash adds DUN back! Yee haa! Of course it still won't work with my Acura MDX. I suspect the MDX is passing in a couple of parameters which cause DUN to fail (/user and /pwd parameters). Source would be nice to use as a template.

I paid for my registration and got it within minutes and it works fine.

Works even better with the registration than it did in DEMO

Thanks for a great software package it makes my FORD EDGE and my TREO 750 Works as it was meant to Work and it did not before I found Jetware
