    I need a new activation code as I've changed phones, sent an email  afew days ago but not had a reply ???????

    I have 10 emails to them requesting a new code for my new phones (I have now been through 2 different phone upgrades) and have yet to get ANY response... I cannot even dispute the charge on my card... it's ridiculous.
