I can't directly address your question; but I also have a Sprint Touch and was wondering if you are using the Jetware 'straight'? That is, I could not get it to work with my Touch and Microsoft Voice Command until I used the Hermes configuration file I found on this site. No matter how much tweaking I did before, the MS VC would not work without Jetware.
Now I have another issue that is driving me crazy - playing music through bluetooth stereo headphones worked great when I first applied the new HTC 6.1 official Rom update that came out about July 20th - but now will simply not work. Even using the A2DP toggle tweak that worked in the past, the Touch will not transfer music to the headphones that are properly paired and in wireless stereo mode.
If there are any settings you have set in your Jetware extension registry that have helped your situation, please post them. Thanks...
